The Promotion Studio application, working in conjunction with Adobe InDesign®, enables users to automatically create, edit and convert retail promotional ads, while leaving full creative freedom in the hands of the designers through the use of unlimited dynamic graphical models. Automatic ad creation and page building – automatically produce, compile and update pages to produce graphically rich, ready-to-print files including images, copy, pricing, logos, tables, etc. (manual production also available as needed).

Variable layout – easily or automatically make layout changes to promotional materials at any step in the process through automatic adjustments of entire pages and specific ads to fit new sizes, designs, content, and formatting.

Instant repurpose and reuse – extend the ads` promotional reach and instantly distribute them across a range of different media channels by automatically repurposing them (changes in look & feel, size, content, position, format, etc.)

Dynamic design creation – leave full creative freedom in the hands of your graphic designers by allowing them to create as many graphical page models (dynamic design models and patterns) as they like so that they are not limited to any pre-created design template.

Auto PDF & Pre-flight – finalize the production process by automatically creating and opening for previews print-ready files in PDF or any equivalent format suitable for the Web or other channels (JPG, GIF, EPS, etc.)

Content composer – instantly compose ad content across different media channels by calculating and aggregating it per ad out of structured data and/or unstructured content (also supports unstructured data such as RTF, HTML, text, etc.)

Image composition and processing – simplify and automate design work using a wide variety of sophisticated tools including image composition, image verification, format conversion, format validation, clipping path detection, cropping, and background removal.

Data synchronization – avoid mistakes and enable late pricing by synchronizing ad data to ensure consistency of ad elements such as pricing, content and graphics across all promotions, channels, and external enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM software.
